Groundswell is a Scottish Charity that champions women’s leadership – from the ground-up – in emerging democracies and conflict-affected countries. It does this by providing adaptive, responsive and inclusive assistance for established and potential women leaders whose focus is on promoting positive change. Using established networks, Groundswell has a powerful ripple effect, working directly with grassroots women leaders who, in turn, drive change in their communities. In every aspect of its work, Groundswell promotes compassion, resilience and hope.
